Orlando is the land of theme parks and adventure! When you’re not exploring one of the many amusement parks, you can spend your days at the golf courses, art museums, beaches, and famous restaurants. While many consider Orlando merely a tourist destination, the city has seen steady growth over the years as more folks relocate and call The City Beautiful home. Looking to move here as well? Tohoqua

Tohoqua is a master planned community located just 25 miles south of downtown Orlando. With builders like Mattamy Homes offering more than ten floor plans starting in the mid $200s, folks will be able to live a life of luxury at an affordable price tag. Amenities include a fitness center, the Clubhouse for special events, multiple sports courts, and plenty of open greenspace. There’s an activity for everyone in Tohoqua! The community of Bellalago awaits you! Located 33 miles south of downtown Orlando, Bellalago offers charming, Mediterranean-style housing with lakeside views. The builders here are ready to construct your dream home; Taylor Morrison leads the pack with sixteen different floor plans and prices starting in the upper $200s. Spend your mornings walking along the Lake Tohopekaliga boardwalk, or working up a sweat at the enormous lifestyle center. Lake Nona

Ponds surround the community, offering residents constant views of water wherever they look. Well-known builders such as Pulte Homes provide folks with more than a dozen floor plans; prices start in the lower $300s, with features such as extra storage room and up to seven bedrooms. Storey Lake is a Kissimmee community 20 miles south of downtown Orlando. One collection, The Terraces Condominiums, has six floor plans starting in the low $200s. With a resort-style pool and full fitness center, life here will feel like a permanent vacation! The first neighborhood, Del Webb, is an active adult community for those aged 55 and older. The Del Webb builders offer a variety of floor plans, with prices starting into the mid $200s. Trilogy Orlando

Located 30 miles west of downtown Orlando, Trilogy Orlando is surrounded by a multitude of lakes, including Deacon Lake Wildlife Refuge. Primarily developed by Shea Homes, folks have their choice of seven floor plans starting in the mid $200s. There are activities geared toward every sort of interest; from billiards rooms, art studios, a culinary studio, and plenty of greenspace, you’ll never experience a dull moment. 22 miles south of Orlando, Tapestry is a thriving community on the outskirts of downtown Kissimmee. Folks here enjoy boating and fishing along Kissimmee Lakefront Park, gathering together in the open-air veranda, and dancing the night away at the ballroom. Mattamy Homes offers five floor plans starting in the mid $300s, with up to four bedrooms available.
