The Lakes at Centerra

In Northern Colorado, Centerra is known as the place to go for a great pair of shoes, a good cup of coffee or dinner and a night out. But tucked into this regional hub is a neighborhood of beautiful new homes of all kinds, from custom homes to townhomes. With two shimmering lakes. Miles of trails. A neighborhood STEAM school (that’s science, technology, engineering, art and math). A place to swim and socialize called the Lake Club. Here you’ll find about 150 different kinds of birds, fish and mammals. In fact, the National Wildlife Federation has designated The Lakes as Colorado’s only Certified Community Wildlife Habitat. It’s a place where you can turn your morning run into a morning paddle on Houts Reservoir. Walk the kids over to the Lake Club for some splash time. Or drop by the one-of-a-kind High Plains Environmental Center to pick a few tomatoes from your community garden plot. In other words, you have nature at your doorstep and the entire region at your fingertips.
