According to a Toll Brothers spokesperson, “Sterling Grove has five tennis courts, including one stadium court. The tennis courts are in the heart of the community next to the community clubhouse. Views of the 6th and 7th fairways can be seen from the stadium court.”

Mattamy Homes

RiverHouse at RiverTown - St. Johns, Florida

Made up of several neighborhoods with distinct personalities, this community features nine play parks, four pools, and six different trails. There are single-family residences, townhomes, and homes for 50-plus buyers.

Glen Lakes, Spring Hill, Florida

Found in Spring Hill, FL, Glen Lakes features championship golf and country club amenities. This gated community offers one- and two-story homes with open layouts and designer details. The amenities include a community clubhouse, pool, and fitness center.

“Located in Spring Hill, Florida, Glen Lakes features scenic streetscapes, championship golf, and country club amenities – including tennis and pickleball courts,” according to a Richmond American spokesperson.

Southern Hills, Brooksville, Florida

Listed as a golf-course community, Southern Hills is set upon a private, 18-hole course with rolling hills. There are four different floor plans to choose from in the community. Amenities include a swimming pool, resort-style clubhouse, a fitness center and more.

Rancho Mission Viejo, Southern Orange County, CA

Rancho Mission Viejo is an expansive community sitting upon 23,000 acres of land with rolling hills, meadows, creeks, and canyons.
