11 San Antonio Communities with Homes Starting Under $350K Offering Big Value for October 2025

 New home buyers in San Antonio don’t have to give up space or style to find a home within budget. Across the city, communities are offering homes priced under $350,000, giving buyers a chance to own modern spaces in desirable neighborhoods before the end of 2025. From convenient access to local amenities to pools and playgrounds on-site, these affordable options show that homeownership in San Antonio is still within reach. 

1. Cedar Heights 

Builder: Davidson Homes 

Prices: Starting at $330,990  

Size Range: 1,828-2,214 sq. ft. 

 Located in the Woodlawn Hills neighborhood of northwest San Antonio, Cedar Heights has two-story homes currently available. Cedar Heights is a gated community, with a nearby medical center and quick access to the IH-10/410. For outdoor and athletic types, West Quill Park, as well as a basketball court, are located near Cedar Heights. 

Buyers can choose from six different floorplans within this community. Available homes come with 3-5 bedrooms, 2-2.5 bathrooms, and two-car garages.  

For growing families, Cedar Heights is within the Northside Independent School District.

2.  Avondale

 Avondale is found in northeast San Antonio, in the neighborhood of Greenridge North. This community is only two miles from the I-35 corridor. Methodist Hospital Northeast is also two miles away, and Semmes Library Park is within easy walking distance from Avondale. 

Buyers can choose between seven different floorplans with a variety of one- and two-story homes, and all come with two-car garages. The available homes have 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.  

Avondale is zoned for the North East Independent School District, with 74 different schools across the elementary, middle school, and high school levels, such as Meadow Village, Jones, and John Jay.  

3. Torian Village – Belmar Collection

The Belmar Collection is a group of single-family homes at Torian Village, west of San Antonio. The community is located inside Loop 410 and within walking distance of the popular Tom Slick Park. The Cottage Collection is located within the Willow Point development in east San Antonio. For families with younger children, there is a fully equipped playground on-site.

 7. Fairway Crossing

Size Range: 1,335-2,440 sq. ft. 

 Fairway Crossing is found 12 miles northeast from downtown San Antonio. There’s quick access to Loop 410, I-35, and Loop 1604, and the community is less than 20 mins from Fort Sam, Randolph Air Force Base, and Brooke Army Medical Center. For those who are looking to spend time outdoors, Fairway Crossing is conveniently connected to the 162-acre Woodlake Park.

8 Blue Wing

Blue Wing is an amenity-rich community that features a pool, playground, pavilion, walking trails, and plenty of green space. Southeast of San Antonio, Blue Wing is off I-37, providing easy access to downtown. Grocery stores and restaurants are a quick five-minute drive away.  

Blue Wing has five floorplans, with one- or two-story options available. Choose from layouts with 2-4 bedrooms, 2-2.5 bathrooms, and one- or two-car garages.  

Blue Wing is zoned for the East Central Independent School District. Schools such as Highland Forest Elementary, Legacy Middle, and East Central High can be found near the community.

Villa Coronado Park is nearby, and the San Antonio River is a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy outdoor recreation activities, including kayaking, exploring local trails and more. Coastline Collection residents will have access to a pool, community center, and a playground.

Located near I-35 in southwest San Antonio, Somerset Meadows – Belmar Collection is located near grocery stores, restaurants and South Park Mall, offering plenty of shopping and dining options. Pearsall park is also nearby, where residents can use of the Sporti soccer complex.  

There are five floorplans available in the Somerset Meadows – Belmar Collection. Homes range from one- to two-stories, with 3-4 bedrooms, 2-2.5 bathrooms, and all feature two-car garages. 

Somerset Meadows – Belmar Collection is zoned for the South San Antonio Independent School District. Miguel Carrillo Jr. Elementary School and South San Antonio High School are both nearby.
