NewHomeSource tracks the number of clicks new developments in a city receive. It then compares it to mid-2022, a more normalized time in the market. The cities that exceed 100 are seeing more clicks, while those with a score under 100 are seeing fewer.
While the Top 10 cities listed in the chart below are experiencing healthy click rates, it’s worth noting that 44 of the Top 50 markets are seeing lower engagement than in mid-2022, which aligns with the broader trend of softer demand for new homes across the United States.
