Zonda has acquired Eliant, a customer experience management company serving the home building industry.
Zonda’s TrustBuilder platform will be merged with Eliant’s Reviews platform into a single, unified solution, offering home shoppers a more complete view of home builder ratings and reviews. It will be available on NewHomeSource, Zonda’s new home listings site.

Eliant’s platform includes feedback management, survey, and analytics capabilities, which will be enhanced by Zonda’s technology. The combined product will help brands drive growth by using consumer feedback to inform purchase decisions and enhance loyalty throughout the customer journey.
