North End/ Townhomes

A flourishing neighborhood directly north of Carmel's Arts & Design sector, the North End is home to a variety of businesses. Neighborhood of multi-family housing (townhouses and apartments) and custom single-family homes, all centered around an urban farm, that is unlike any other in the area. The farm-to-table restaurant, which will act as the development's focal point, will also function as a focus point for the surrounding community. In the North End, there are 10 single-family lots available for purchase. There will be a total of 46 two-story townhomes available for purchase in the North End. The North End is home to a variety of housing options, including multifamily apartments, single-family houses, and commercial space. An additional 5.2 acres of green space, natural habitat restoration, and an urban garden to supply the historic home/farm-to-table restaurant will be preserved as part of the project's environmental protection measures. These bespoke homes can range in width from 45 feet to 60 feet, depending on the size of the lot where they are built.
