LGI Homes at Evans Place offers a stunning lineup of quick move-in homes at an affordable price. Located north of Denver in Keenesburg, this community is close to a multitude of shopping, dining and entertainment options, only a short drive outside of the neighborhood. The community itself will include a park with a serene picnic area complete with picnic benches and an outdoor grilling area.
