As you enter, you’ll find a study to your right with flex features. Further down the hallway from the entryway, you’ll find a mudroom to your left with an optional bench, a powder bath, coat closet, and access to the 3-car garage. At the end of the hallway, you’re greeted by the open-concept main living area. To your left you’ll have a flex space with the option to turn it into a media room. To the right of the flex room, you’ll have a nook for your kitchen table and a sliding glass door that takes you to the outdoor patio. Heading back into the house and to the right of the nook is the kitchen which features a large kitchen island, a pantry, and the option to upgrade to gourmet kitchen appliances. At the back of the home, you’ll have the great room with the option to include a fireplace and two windows for additional natural light.
