The Kendrick manages to create the best of both worlds with its thoughtfully designed layout. It maintains the timeless spaces like formal living and dining rooms, but incorporates them within an open, livable design. The great room, kitchen and breakfast area are open to each other, creating easy communication and a connected environment for your family. The main level can be expanded to include a drop zone, family foyer, sunroom, guest bedroom suite tucked away for privacy or even a tandem garage. The second floor feature four bedrooms, highlighted by the spacious primary suite with large dual walk-in closets and a relaxing en suite.
