Annecy

We are pleased to announce our newest community, Annecy coming 2021. The unique, gated community will feature third-acre manor lots and quarter-acre lake lots.

There are no predetermined floorplans to choose from within the Annecy community. The good news is, you have special license to build the home that you want, from the ground up. You have the freedom to start from scratch — either working with our Design Specialist, or with an external designer / architect. Final approval of all home designs is required before construction can begin.
