Erie Highlands

Erie Highlands offers residents the best of both urban and rural living: the feeling of a small town and easy city access to Denver, Boulder, and Northern Colorado. This fiber optic community includes trails leading to nearby parks and playgrounds and is surrounded by acres of open space. The main focal point is the 4,000 square foot clubhouse and pool along with numerous other amenities for residents to enjoy. In addition, Erie Highlands recently welcomed a new community park as well as a new school, Highlands Elementary.
