Our impressive Sapphire plan leaves nothing more to be desired. Upon walking in through the front door, you’ll find yourself in the large foyer. Around the corner, in the owners entry, you’ll find access to the garage, the laundry room, a coat closet, and a built-in bench with a coat rack above. Down the hall, there is a large kitchen, featuring an island and walk-in pantry, that is open to the family room and dining area. In the owner’s suite, you’ll find a bathroom with two separate vanities, a toilet room, and a tiled walk-in shower. In the huge owner’s walk-in closet, there in not only linen shelving, but also optional access into the laundry room. You’ll find a second full bathroom, with dual vanities, in between the second and third bedrooms.
