Welcome to the Silverton plan! This two-story, single-family home features 3,441 square footage of living space, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a 3-car garage, an upper-level loft, a den, a front porch, an unfinished basement, and a rear covered patio. As you enter you’ll find a formal dining room to your right with the option to use this space as a study with a walk-in closet. On the left, you’ll have a mudroom with a coat closet, optional bench, a ¾ bathroom, and access to the 3-car garage. You’ll also have a den perfect for a home office, homework room for the kids, craft or playroom, gear closet or any additional space your family needs. In the main area you have an open-concept main living area where the great room, kitchen, and dining nook flow effortlessly between one another.
