The Adele is your quintessential “classic revival” design, with its double wrap-around porch, large arched foyer, and oversized windows. As you enter into the exterior covered passageway, you’ll be greeted with a dual 8ft glass door adorned with a charming gas-lit lantern. You’ll walk into a well-lit, formal foyer before transitioning into your open living, dining, and kitchen floor plan. The downstairs is standard with 10ft ceilings and 8ft doors, making each space feel elevated and elegant. The living room is tucked behind the foyer to give you a sense of privacy. You’ll love how the dining area has a panoramic view through all the windows around the wrap-around porch. The large kitchen will have views of the courtyard from the kitchen window and direct access to the wrap-around porch. Your covered patio will open up to a private sodded courtyard. You will also have the option to convert your covered patio to a private office if you’d prefer. The sizeable primary bedroom is located on the main level and is over 255 sq ft in size. The primary bathroom comes with 6 configurations to choose from and the large walk-in closet is accessed from the primary bathroom. As you go upstairs, you’ll be greeted by an airy, open bonus room that accesses the second-level wrap-around porch. Three bedrooms with an office are the standard configuration upstairs. Two existing bedrooms will have direct access to a Jack and Jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom will have a private bathroom with a walk-in closet and could be considered a second master. The office can be also converted to a 5th bedroom. The double-car garage access on the courtyard homes will come from the rear. Depending on the lot, there may be a third-car driveway option available. As you enter your home from the garage you’ll be greeted by a designated mudroom. The private, closed-off laundry room is just off the mudroom. Courtyard homesites have been purposefully designed to provide 100% usage of one side of your home.
