These C units are the largest in the community and have 4 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. One of the 4 bedrooms is also downstairs which is highly uncommon in townhomes. Whether you have a parents or adult children that lives with you, or if you have visitors the bedroom downstairs gives them space within your house without being in the personal space upstairs. This unit has both a great room downstairs as well as a loft upstairs for entertaining or just relaxing after a long day at work. Each of the C units, just like the A and B units, are finished with one of two packages -white cabinets with a more brown toned wood plank tile, or darker stained cabinets with a more grey toned wood plank tile. Both packages are also finished with a white quartz counter top, two tone paint (Wordly Gray), and smooth drywall texture which is a huge upgrade!
