So whether you're seeking independence or assistance, each home is thoughtfully crafted to ensure comfort and support for every stage of retirement. Only one person needs to be 55+ and an indefinite stay is allowed for anyone over the age of 19. The builder has plans to build a memory care, skilled nursery facility close by so if one family member has additional needs and one is active they are able to stay close to one another without having both of them moving. Each duplex is a ranch with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 1410 square feet and a full basement. We included the basement so anyone moving in has additional space for storage, family visiting or hosting.
