Welcome to Old Field, a community of new homes in Daphne, Alabama. Oldfield is truly a place where you will feel like you are living in a resort area with The Fairhope Pier, Boutique Shopping, Art Galleries, Gourmet Restaurants, and Quaint Cafes. Not to mention, shopping galore at the Eastern Shore Centre and the Tanger Outlets all of which are only minutes away. Old Field is also conveniently located only a few minutes from the OWA Amusement Park in Foley, Alabama and Waterville USA which is a twenty-acre water amusement park located in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Old Field is offering something for everyone. From large estate size homesites featuring three-car garages to our medium size homesites where we are building floor plans that are two-story with the fifth bedroom, full bath and bonus room located on the second floor.
