That said, some Home Owner Associations (HOAs) in the Cincinnati area can be restrictive or may require approvals if you want to modify your structure or even change your paint color.   1. Be separated by a ground-to roof wall.
  2. Separate heating system.
  3. Individual meters for public utilities.
