Various schools, hospitals, children's center and others own land here as many acres have been donated by the family.
Business-wise, Viera is like a magnet for companies. Since 1989, the date of its inception, over 350 businesses have been attracted. Offices, Retail spaces and others cover more than 3,000,000 square feet! Viera offers more than 10,000 stable jobs, those being in the health care sphere, finances or any other retail establishments or professional activities.
