Do not buy into Del Webb at Viera if you can avoid it. The quality of workmanship is horrible. The houses are slapped together. We have problems with drywall, paint quality, door trim gouges, paint on flooring, exterior paint coverage, pavers are sinking in on driveway, sprinkler system pipes are not buried, bathroom shower leaked into bathroom floor, scratches on glass in shower enclosure, door wall glass is scratched, bathroom mirror is scratched. The sales team promised a temporary pool until the clubhouse pool was ready; it didn’t happen, the clubhouse and pool was promised for ...
