Nothing but great experience with purchasing and closing on my new home. Neighborhood is still in development and there's talk of a pool. 2 months in so fare so good.

Need to check the neighbors in the area before making any decision. If think the housings in the area will not go up in the future, then don’t buy it

Bloomfield was awesome here in Midlothian. The helpful and compassionate people are so delightful. Emma, Mr. Scott, and Mr. Chad where outstanding and even though we are all moved in, they stop by and give us the occasional wave and ask how everything is going.

Our new home was built without our choices of colors, materials, items new homes can come with. The over all look, floor plan, designs, amenities were what we liked. The neighborhood is peaceful! Kathy was awesome to work.with in Sales for 1 year build. I value her experience and knowledge. She did great job supporting our needs and planning. I know she got tired of my almost daily emails and trips for challenges.during build. Ryan, construction manager over our build, was outstanding, patient, very understanding of our requests and follow on communicated clearly and concisely on Any concerns with the build we expressed. Our overall experience with Bloomfield Homes was great! This was our first time building a home and Scott & Chad were awesome and continue to be. Their commutation was awesome. They were very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. They were available via email, text and phone calls whenever we needed to reach them. There were a few hiccups along the way with some of the work the contractors were doing, and some supply issues, which I think can be expected, but any concern we had or made them aware of was rectified right away. The homes are pretty well built. I’ve already had workers here doing upgrades and they said it was well built as well. However, absolutely no attention was paid to the outside when I comes to grading and drainage. Water sits stagnant on both sides of the houses. I don’t know what to do to get it addressed but I’ll keep trying. Additionally when I comes to coordinating with outside partners like cable, power trash and even the HOA I have never seen such incompetence. The HOA said they don’t have any way of giving access to the amenities unless we go in during business hours so someone can let ...

The overall buying experience was professional and every detail was explained. The quality of workmanship and the equipment is good. We are happy with the product. There were few minor issues during the walkthrough which is yet to be finished and the response is not great. After the move in there were few issues identified and needed quick resolution which seems to be a dampener.
