We purchased in Longleaf at Oakland. Our builder was with us every step of the way. Standing out were Crystal and Dyanna, and wow these ladies are amazing! They really care about you as a buyer and will do everything they can to help!!! Jim and Matt and Shane also all did great to help us finish our dream home and everyone made sure we were 100% satisfied when we went to closing. No detail passed over, no stone unturned! We have been in the house for 2 months in a new neighborhood. Between HOA issues, improperly installed irrigation systems, non-working electrical outlets, Bon-working heat pump, counter-top defects and other issues; we have had a contractor at the house every week since we moved in. The USPS couldn’t even get us our mail for over 3 weeks after we moved in, b/c Pulte didn’t get them a key to the mailboxes. Very disappointing to this point.

First time homeowner, had a very well detailed explanation of process. Dyanna helped us out with our so many questions! Home was completed ahead of schedule by 4 weeks! Thanks to Kris our field mgt. who kept us in the loop with construction. Even with our new set of questions. Have been many issues and I have given my feedback earlier with details. So do not want to repeat those - but I would not recommend any of my friends to buy from here. I think Pulte quality has deteriorated.

Our Pulte construction PM was great to work with but outside of that there was little positive that came from our build. I would not recommend Pulte and/or Holland Pools

I had to sell my washer and dryer because they were to big and the door wouldn’t close. These are modern townhomes they should have laundry rooms designed for modern from load machine. Even the standard machines I had to buy as replacement were just the right size for the door to be able to close.

FL townhome - "sloppy" workmanship and quality control

Generally very poor finishes and workmanship. A few major faults - for example, one wall was bowed at the bottom and when it was cut open, the drywall was installed over a scrap piece of wood that fell on the floor. A wall in the bathroom that joins the shower stall is not straight. Our range had a fault at closing that made it inoperable and required it to be replaced that took almost two weeks to replace. Lots of minor finish issues - including bottom window frame leaks during heavy rain, tiles not flush in shower stall,

It is a challenge to have any particular item/issue repaired after closing. The model homes are spectacular and in optimal conditions but when they build your home, it is not exactly what they advertise in the model homes. I will most likely not consider Pulte Homes in the future.

The following transgressions have happened since moving into my home via the contractor next door: Pulte did nothing to stop theft of Water and Electricity. Came home to workers helping themselves to my water and power. This happened multiple days, had to call police to arrest behavior. Contractors working next door splashed stucco on my Vehicle and the windows of my home. They made a mudhole out of my grass on that side of the house. Our home built by Pulte is ok. Why do I say that...just ok. It lacks the crisp, detailed, workmanship as we saw with the model home. Switches are not flat to the surface, tiles are chipped, door stoppers are not placed as should have been, AC vent system is not effectively designed and installed...ect
