Hi your reps were awesome. They really helped. Truly appreciate thier help with the microwave, they went above and beyond. I want to say more about them, but I just had surgery. I have asked Lennar and the Property Management company's Raul (that Lennar contracted) about the dead shrubs, plants and trees (just as I did about the dog poo and dumpster) nothing has been done. The city was called, not only by me about the poo, but also two other owners about the dumpster and grounds. I have owned since April, I pay $150 a month, apparently to maintain a very small pool and nothing ...

Bugs, bugs, bugs! We love our NexGen house except for the bugs. We've had 3 different exterminators out to try and get rid of them. I don't know what to do! I'm thinking we might just sell! I don't know how much clearer I can be! Not being vague at all!!!

My home was purchased through Cal Atlantic but finalized with Lennar. We chose a Chef Kitchen and we selected the granite counter top for our home. The vendor chose defective granite for me to select and gave me the impression the spots could be buffed out. To my surprise the spots remain I had the situation noted the answer I received was not what I expected . (I chose the granite and sign the form) I attempted to have the situation ruled in our favor a second time and received the same answer. We are extremely pleased with our new Lennar home in Goodyear, Az. The design and construction of the homes are exceptional, having been a new construction plumber for 30+ years I've seen good and bad projects, these homes are quality built! The few small issues that have popped up have been taken care of asap, we couldn't be happier with all of the Lennar personnel we have came in contact with from the initial meeting with the sales person to the onsite supervision. I would definitely recommend Lennar Homes to anyone looking..

We are now almost 5 months after our close and still have multiple issues which need to be addressed. We have tried to have a door replaced for months but either the door is delivered damaged, the hardware is not correct, the painter comes with the wrong color, etc. We have had the entire electric box replaced, the slider was a problem before and after the closing. The air conditioner was wired incorrectly and we have had a multitude of other issues. It has been exhausting and ruined our experience of buying a new home. Love the floor plans and how they have change the elevations to where they don't look so cookie cutter. Like how the price you pay is what you get. All upgrades are up front and there was no other hiden fees or charges.

The construction team is a joke! They do not care about any of your concerns throughout the entire building process. It is only a matter of time before the economy catches up with the condescending attitude of everyone in upper management with Lennar. We pointed out basic failures in construction standards from warped boards in framing through unacceptable drywall finishes all the way to the day of closing.
