Everything was first rate quality-- our home was turned over to us in a timely manner with no outstanding repairs needed. Construction crew and Lennar consruction representative were courteous and very helpful.

It was a great experience with this builder. In a time when supplies are short and timelines are delayed, Lennar was able to keep the home on schedule. There were many extras they put into the house as standards for them. All the lighting, Ring doorbell, and other automations are standard instead of upgrades. The superindentint takes pride in his jobsites. They continually inspect the work of their contractors and have items corrected prior to the homeowner taking possession. All in all a great team and terrific communication!

Our contract calls for 6’ wall and we got 5’. Was told it says +- but that does not refer to plus or minus a foot more or less. Our contact people can’t or won’t add the missing row of block.

Overall a good experience. One improvement would be how information is provided. The building process is several months long and some info is given too far in advance. The buyer is not ready for it and it gets lost or hard to find again. Getting the names/sources for all the utilities for instance. I was instructed to go to MyLennar (or one of the Lennar sites). From there was told info wasn't available, need to go to the development's web page. From there was told info didn't exist for that area. Frustrating. A pre-made packet for each development would be a great service to provide the ...

This is our second Lennar home and this one is quite poor compared to our first. Our home was well buiult but the finsih stuff - flooring, painting, grouting, cabinets looked like they were odne by a 5 year old and the place was filthy when we moved into it. We still have unresolved issues but you have good construction managers who do follow through. I'll never buy another Lennar home and the worst of it is it too almost 10 months to get a product that was quite disappointing.

First off, the sales team was wonderful and the buying process was great outside of one upgrade we requested that was blown off and ignored. The construction team however has been a pain to deal with. The initial QC walkthrough seemed pretty good but there are now issues that we keep finding and issues that were noted during our walkthrough still have not been addressed at all, two months later (as of this review). I work in construction myself so I know all the "pandemic issues" but that excuse can't be used for everything. I've heard from neighbors that they all have various issues as well, ...

Only negative I can think of is the housing market itself driving the cost of everything through the roof. Purchasing with Lennar was a wonderful experience as they made everything simple to understand and were always responsive to questions or issues. And if there were any issues they were resolved quickly. Would definitely purchase with them again.

Overall happy with my experience, Toney has been very helpful in ensuring that move-in was seamless. He did the 30-day walk-through and is scheduling for painters to come and paint over scrapped paint. He also helps to answer with general questions.

I would buy another Lennar home in a heartbeat. They are clearly focused on customer satisfaction. The only issues we had were related to their contractors, specifically the plumbing company they contract with is garbage. The company really screwed up a lot of things. But Lennar made huge efforts to correct the issues and were extremely responsive. It’s difficult to find qualified workers these days and we were understanding of that.

From the beginning this has been a poor experience for me with Lennar. I was relocating from WA to AZ and was so excited that my wife and I were able to save up enough money to purchase a home. The sales person that was in-charge of the Arroyo Secco section never listed was worried about getting a commission more than understand what we were looking for. Because were were not in AZ we of course depended on Lennar team and her to give us the proper information and help us with the construction process. This was a mistake. Worst experience, lennar only cares about the sell not the customer. Homes being pushed out in 5-6 months with nothing but issues, hence why they offer such appealing warranties to lure the customers in. I had foundation issues as soon as I closed on the house and I came out of pocket for it and still haven’t gotten reimbursed back for it. Submitting legitimate work orders to get the house fixed and the construction mangers will argue with you instead of fixing the actual issue just so there numbers look good. I would not recommend a lennar home. Look else where plenty of good builders out ...

Great to work with, only bad part was not being able to walk through the home during the building process which we've done in past builds. The pictures sent were very minimal and not as much of the house being built was given in pictures. We wanted more pictures each time but were only given 4 at a time. Still overall the experience was easy, fun and we were well informed during the entire process
