From start to finish the process was handled very smoothly. Our sales advisor Doug kept us informed throughout the journey. Doug was instrumental in getting us in our home. Along the way Eagle Mortgage paved the way for great financial assistance through the whole process. Vince and Joe ensure issues are handled in quick order. Their was completeness to the process. Lennar was extremely helpful, fast and Lennar does quality work. All interactions with sales people, construction workers, etc., was always very pleasant as well as very informative. Any questions were answered and taken care of immediately. I highly recommend Lennar!

The home we purchased was ready to move in. The upgrades and the neighborhood was the tipping point for us to buy it. The sales persons were kind and very informative of the features in the home.

We love the layout of the home which is why we picked it. The Workmanship is poor. We have paint runs down the banister, all across the baseboards, the subfloor wasn't installed properly in the bathroom creating tile cracks. Had that fixed and now the grout is cracked. It takes forever for someone to come out and fix anything. The outside cleaning that was supposed to be completed in November had yet to be done and it is currently March. The paint job is horrible! The banister received 1 coat, the wood is showing through, there is building dust painted into the banister. Its horrible. For a brand new house the quality it the worst. Our 20 year old home was built and had better quality than our new house. ... More

Everyone we worked with at Lennar was great to work with and super responsive to any questions or issues we had during the process. Now that we are living in our new home we are watching the building of the new homes on the street behind us and it is amazing to see the precision of the construction process. We are very happy with our Lennar home.

Since I bought the house I have had an infinite number of problems with the A / C, the heater, the gas, the quality of the cupboard material, the roof is opening everywhere, the patio is flooded every time it rains and many things more the truth if someone had told me that I was going to fight with all this I would have bought an old house ..

We love our home. We love the Next-Gen aspect. However, we have had electrical issues, cabinet doors instead of being replaced when drilled wrong, painted over and flipped around. Backyard littered with trash...not just construction materials you would expect. Interior floor a mess when we moved in with adhesive left on it. Some of the outlets look like they are puckered out of the wall. I tired of typing things...

The whole process was very easy and the home is beautiful. The employees of Lennar we worked with were, professional and always willing to answer questions. The construction manager Frank was amazing and kept us informed on build since we were out of town and even sent pictures to us. Any minor fixes that were necessary were completed in a timely manner. Very Happy with the quality of the work and love our new home.

Easy, great experience

Lisa and Steph are the best. They really work hard to make sure you get the home you wanted. The Construction Management Team is a wonderful part of that team helping in that regard as well. Most residential contractors these days could care less what you end up with after you sign the contract. We personally don’t feel that is the case with Team Gold Canyon Lennar, as that hasn’t been our experience with them to this point. They truly are wonderful! D & M

The homes are nice but quality and attention to detail is not great. The paint on the outside of the homes is so poor quality it already looks like they needs to be re-painted. In a few years the neighborhood won't look good if homeowners don't paint. The builder could at least put gravel down the walk way so it is not mud, which is causing homeowners to leave their garbage cans in the front yard. The common areas are not maintained, weeds over a foot tall in the parks and greenbelts. There are a lot of little things that add up to a lot of aggravation.

It’s been extremely difficult to schedule after sale repairs and there appears to be a complete lack of communication on the Lennar team.

We are still waiting for issues from closing to be completed. Very disappointed.

We love our new home for the most part but have had way to many issues to be corrected. Everything was fixed but it has taken 4 months to complete and we still have one issue that has been delayed because of the current virus shutdown.

Lennar stands by their homes. I had some issues yet they resolved them. It took a lot longer than I wanted yet it’s done now and I love my home

The home is alright but not great. If you want to mix and match you can forget that idea. Lennar has specific color schemes you can choose from, but you cannot take an item of a specific color scheme and then a different item from another color scheme and combine them to create a color scheme that suits your individual needs. The interior paint color of home will be white and only white. For the majority of your home it will be a flat white that cannot be cleaned. If you try and clean it, the paint comes off the walls. In the "wet areas" it is semi gloss white. So when you walk through the models and see two-tone paint that is just an illusion, it is not an option. The painters rush through the job, we are still scraping paint off of the floors. When we first moved it we thought the house looked great, but after living in it for a few months, we are starting to see things that look like they just rushed through it so the could get onto the next one. ... We've been in the house for about 5 months and love it. Unfortunately we have an ongoing problem with customer support and warranty "after move-in" communications and scheduling. We have a laundry list of things that have either broke or need finishing work and communication with the Lennar project manager and our sales contact has been very poor. They rarely respond to my texts or calls and in the rare instances when contractors do show up they appear at my door with no warning of arrival so some are missed because we're not home. I've repeatedly requested getting the schedule in advance and have had no response from anyone about it. One of our neighbors has been waiting more than 6 months for follow-up work so apparently this is an issue with more than just us. Extremely unsatisfied. Caveat emptor -- let the buyer beware. ...
