The style of house , space, and design are great. Workmanship should be better

First time we bought a new house. Lennar builds a quality product and makes the buying experience easy.

There was a lot of issues the day we signed. It’s been five months and we’re still getting work done.

Construction proceeded in a timely manner. The meeting prior to drywall installation was helpful in explaining what would happen next. the walk-through prior to closing assured us all work was done well. The few minor issues we had after moving in were handled quickly, usually immediately. Other issues were handled within 1 or 2 days by the contractor involved. Happy with the results and the home.

I was looking for a new construction. Lennar was the first place I looked at and I purchased the very first townhouse they showed me. I worked with Todd to purchase, and with Angelica to qualify for the mortgage. Ken helped me a lot with touring the house, small repairs and other details. The warranty office of the Lennar is always there if I need any repairs or modifications. This has been a nice experience for me.

From the moment our realtor and I met the sales staff we were impressed. No high pressure sales. After signing the contract, we were kept in constant contact by the foreman as to the stages of construction. Townhome was delivered as promised and couldn't be happier.

The whole process was made to be as simple as possible. Everyone took their time with us and helped to explain exactly what was happening and why. This was our first time buying a new construction and the experience did not disappoint!

I love my house! I would definitely recommend Lennar to anyone trying to build. Doug, Pete, Colleen, and Joe were so great and incredibly helpful. My only issue occurred after my home was built. I requested a simple electrical problem to be fixed and it was never done. I got the run around from Ellen and the electrician. Needless to say my problem was never fixed.

Lennar is too slow completing repairs because of their reporting system.

As a first time buyer, I was disappointed with the lack of options I had regarding building a brand new house. I didn't want dual sinks and I didn't want all the "smart house" tech, but there was no other option. Speaking of no options, I couldn't get tile or hardwood floors and I wasn't able to choose what was planted in my own front yard! Aside from those issues, the process itself was fantastic. My construction manager Jeff was extremely trustworthy and on top of everything. When we first met to go over things, he wrote down a date the house would be done by. When all was said and done, the house ended up being finished two days earlier than projected! On the walkthrough, Jeff pointed out issues we didn't even see. His honesty and integrity really put me at ease during a stressful time. The Lennar warranty is a real thing. I followed up with them about some issues with the house and the new construction manager, Brian, was on it very quickly. He also kept in constant touch with me throughout. I Love the house and the community. Great buy

Very informative and friendly sales staff.

Awful experience from the rushed closing to dealing with their financing. We almost walked away. Ask around the developments prior to putting down a deposit.

We are still under a year but we need a lot of repairs such as the floor counters are coming off the wall. The trim is not staying attached to the wall

Home. Thing experience was great then we were forgotten about and treated poorly since.

I love they layout of this home, exactly what I dreamed of. Everything else is awful. The quality, materials and workmanship is beyond terrible. Problems with every square inch! Looking into a lawsuit at this time.

We had multiple issues with cracks in the wall as well as the counter tops cracking. The floor not sealing right, the nail gun staples for the carpet poking through the floor. During the new home orientation I felt very rushed when there was multiple issues that needed to be corrected.

From beginning to end, my home purchase was as promised! It was smooth, pleasant and wonderful! The way buying a home should be. The quality of the homes are also outstanding! Lennar lived up to their name!

Building quality is not the best.

Builder should be more open to homeowners requests

We had a wonderful experience with the purchase of our new home. From selection to construction and completion - everyone was helpful and great to work with. We love our home and are happy to call it our force home.
