Our salesperson was helpful and great to deal with. The house is well built. The high ceilings really make it work. These empty nesters are so happy with our choice.

Lennar made the whole buying process wonderful and stress free

Lennar built its homes sloppily. Poor appliances. Cheap carpet padding. Cheap bath fixtures. The woman who walked us through houses (Priscilla) wanted absolutely nothing to do with me after the sale. No guidance. Nothing. I ended up getting new appliances after 3 months and the company who installed my new ones said they’d never seen such sloppy work with the garbage and cans and nails left behind the old appliances. Dishwasher installed crookedly. Patio door lock broken. I got push back on some of my complaints which I don’t expect when I buy a house Smoke alarm so close to kitchen I had to wave towels to cook so alarm wouldn’t go off. Until I got the new appliances. We got upgraded package and we were told something different than what we got ... material used very cheap...they just want to finish there work and close our house so they get money...after we did our closing we asked few things to get it fixed and they said ohhh we can't fix it now because in order to fix this issues we have to take entire stuff out and go it which is not possible...

Great experience, couldn't have asked for better.

Let me start by saying Rich and Aaron are very great and helpful with issues. I appreciate all their help. They are the only good experience I have had with lennar. I am not to happy at this point with everything else. There is a lot of sloppy work done. Carpet and drywall feels very cheap. Floor boards are creeping everywhere. I feel this house was rushed being built. I was rushed to pick my colors and was refused a small changes. When my brick went up I informed salesman I felt that wasn’t the right brick color I choose before moving in. I was told it still needed to be washed and would lighten up and brushed aside. I will I’ll and could it fight at the time. After unnoticed it was still not lighting up I started doing some research. After doing some research month later and fighting I have now found out they put defective brick on my home and still in the process of trying to get this fix. No one listen to my concerns at the beginning. We Really wanted brick paid a lot of money for that brick. Now we have to worry if they replace it will they do it correctly and not do more damage to our home? This is very stressful and frustrating. I am extremely disappointed!!!!!! we are out 5200.00 and have defective brick and still trying to get Then to admit it and get this fixed. Lennar should be giving us a FULL refund and correcting the issue!!!!!!I had a issue with our floor it has been replaced twice and still not correct. I am finding so much I have to keep calling about. The brick and floor is a mess. I still don’t have a full resolution with the brick issue. No one should have to go through this. Beyond stressful . We looked at new home builders for years and went with lennar. Upset We did. At this point I would not send a friend or family member to purchase at lennar. Putting defective brick on a home is not a minor issue and now I have to keep fighting to get this corrected. I am disgusted with this situation I felt lennar home felt more quality then RYAN and some other builders and now I am not so sure. Also the price we paid for this home ... More

Very happy with the home; only thing I don't understand is why there is a children's park right in the middle of the over 55 community. We were told it was because over 55 people want a park to go to with the grandchildren but I'm not buying that. The park could have been over where the family homes are where people have children all the time.. active over 55 grandparents could walk over to the the family home area if they were occasionally watching grandchildren. We were told about the park wh n buying but it was not there when we bought. Now that it's there, you have a whole street of homes to sell and if I were looking now for an over-55 home that would be kind of a turn off to me. Unless you surround that Park with a black wrought iron fence and a lot of trees I think it could hurt your sales. Hopefully when finished will be aestetically hidd n from our view. also hope it has a black wrought-iron fence around it because they're is a body of water back there which young children could get into trouble if they wander over by the pond. ... We love our new home, and all the technology was an unexpected bonus. Everyone at Lennar made our purchase so easy, and was a pleasure to work with!

From what I was told they higher production workers. Thus meaning quality is not the product they deliver. I’ve had other contractors come in and laugh at the final product. I had plumbing not completed. Which resulted in water all in my basement when running my washer for the first time. A lot of small things they chose to walk away from that should have been fixed. I do not understand why Lennar wouldn’t do a walk through of the house, prior to our personal walk through. Every issue I pointed out I received an excuse for the issue. I don’t bother contacting Lennar out of complete frustration. I’d rather just hire someone else to fixes al the issues. ... More

The style of house , space, and design are great. Workmanship should be better

First time we bought a new house. Lennar builds a quality product and makes the buying experience easy.

There was a lot of issues the day we signed. It’s been five months and we’re still getting work done.

Construction proceeded in a timely manner. The meeting prior to drywall installation was helpful in explaining what would happen next. the walk-through prior to closing assured us all work was done well. The few minor issues we had after moving in were handled quickly, usually immediately. Other issues were handled within 1 or 2 days by the contractor involved. Happy with the results and the home.

I love my new house! It’s beautiful and well built!

I was looking for a new construction. Lennar was the first place I looked at and I purchased the very first townhouse they showed me. I worked with Todd to purchase, and with Angelica to qualify for the mortgage. Ken helped me a lot with touring the house, small repairs and other details. The warranty office of the Lennar is always there if I need any repairs or modifications. This has been a nice experience for me.

From the moment our realtor and I met the sales staff we were impressed. No high pressure sales. After signing the contract, we were kept in constant contact by the foreman as to the stages of construction. Townhome was delivered as promised and couldn't be happier.

The whole process was made to be as simple as possible. Everyone took their time with us and helped to explain exactly what was happening and why. This was our first time buying a new construction and the experience did not disappoint!
