Horrible all the way around. If you would like to know specifics...we will be happy to share. Before signing our paperwork we ask for a guarantee the water issue in the back would be guaranteed. It was and in writing. BUT...nothing has been done except to regrade 3 times and made it worse and now we have a gulley (small river). We now have all houses beside and behind us flowing in our yard. The quality of my home that was turned over to me was subpar to previous Pulte Home I had purchased in the past. My home was turned over to me with major roof issues and to date have not been repaired. My patio sliding door at closing would not properly close and lock. Construction Manager assured me repairs would be done ASAP. It took 3 weeks for repair company to respond due to poor response and follow-up from my Construction Manager. Overall this home buying process was very stressful and unpleasant. I will never purchase a Pulte home again.

When signing the contract to purchase a home nobody disclosed that the community clubhouse would not be completed for over a year or that the temporary clubhouse would have no pool. Nor did they disclose where the construction office would be, which happens to be on the same street as the lot we picked. We had 2 Project Managers. Don't know why but can only imagine. We moved from out of state and we were promised by the site manager and sales team that all the issues that were reported would be taken care of and the house would be cleaned and move in ready when we arrived. Del Webb talks a lot of hot air about warranty and prompt repairs but doesn't deliver. Sent list of items to repair a week ago. One week later nothing done. No calls. Pulte profit is more important than customer satisfaction

We ordered the features for our house and Pulte built a feature we did not request which took away significant square footage from our house. They never told us about the variance and we found the problem when we did a final walkthru. They would not work with us to resolve the issue. They can not be trusted.

Three weeks before our close date, the dishwasher was installed wrong, resulting in a flooded kitchen. Flooring and cabinets had to be reordered and installed, resulting in a 3-day delay on our closing. Sales office and rep was fine. Building was a disaster. Wrong tile in two bathrooms. Wrong cabinets in kitchen. Build manager tried to be good but his hands are obviously tied by corporate. Nice guy but just a puppet for corporate. Pulte lied to us about the issues until we came up with written proof. Poor quality- everything sloppy work. Doors arrive to Pulte not square- embarrassingly with a problem, Pulte says sorry that’s the way they come from supplier. Cheap and sloppy workmanship and toilets. Sorry but this is honest.

Builder is inflexible. Talk about quality process but it is anything but. The house itself is solid but the finish work is terrible. Lots of promises not followed through. Lack of coordination and poor scheduling process. Multiple things not done correctly the first time. Too many unskilled workers and inconsistencies.

Our first inspection was scheduled for Jan 16, 2023 and when we came in from Albuquerque we found out the supervisor had gone out of town, had not let us know and we had to reschedule for the next Thursday, costing us extra money and time to be in Texas. I would not recommend Pulte unless you expect to miss the original delivery date by over 6 months, expect the quality of the workmanship to need extensive rework and the installed products to not meet your expectations even with upgrades.

Pulte is ruining the Del Webb experience...and the brand

I did not buy a Del Webb home, I bought a Pulte home in a Del Webb community. Also, I do not own a "scenic 40", I own a "distinctive 50". It should be noted that Pulte now owns the Del Webb brand. Living in a Del Web community has been an incredible experience full of fun and new friends for many years. Having to suffer through the Pulte home building experience and dealing with what I call "Pulte quality" makes it hard to say it is worth it anymore. There is no customer service at Pulte. I cannot recommend anyone buy a Pulte home.
