Thanks to Kris our field mgt. who kept us in the loop with construction. Even with our new set of questions. We love our new home and would recommend Pulte to friends and family. The only issue that we've had is a bush in the front yard was dead on our final walk through and our builder said he would get a new one and that's yet to happen and it's been almost 2 months. Other than that we had a great experience.

I love my 9 foot ceilings and the large open concept with the gathering room. The energy efficiency in this house is great, especially the insulation. It is 20 degrees out and the basement is just as warm as the main level. The upstairs does not get hot like in most houses. We love our house!

The house that I am in is amazing!!! The experience from the moment I entered to the sales office to the house delivery has been great. The quality checks and the processes Pulte uses to build their homes are very rigorous ensuring that everything is up to code standards and beyond. My house has a very versatile floorplan, designed to live in it. Pulte certainly has designed their houses in such a way that they reflect the current lifestyles and historic moment. I love it here. It is a great buy.
