We recently relocated from Connecticut to Nevada and visited many communities for our new home and happily discovered Catalina in North Las Vegas by Pulte. The Catalina community exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and workmanship as well as the correct price-point to meet our new home budget. What a wonderful experience it was during the entire process of us acquiring our new dream home in Nevada. The sales staff was absolutely fantastic as well as the building staff and the Pulte Mortgage representatives. We also don't won't to leave out our exciting experience with Pulte's design process and staff which allowed us to really put that personal touch to our new dream home. I am satisfied with the house.

The whole team at Pulte Homes were very professional and accommodating.

They were great, mostly kept to deadlines and built the house much faster than I expected. The quality was very good, but probably not "luxury" as described. The house shows beautifully, but everything is just a tiny bit smaller than it looks when you start living in it (showers, width of driveway, size of garage, dishwasher, sinks, etc) all feels smaller than it looks in the model. Very efficient, but I would not describe as luxury. Lots of things got pushed until after closing, but they are pretty good about keeping their promises and trying to respond to all issues.

This being our first home Pulte really made the entire process easy and fun.

We recently moved into a former model. Technically our home is out of warrantee for plumbing though not structural. Upon moving in we had some issues with plumbing but Pulte quickly resolved them. JJ a field supervisor got the house ready for us to move in and went above and beyond for us. Since moving in Matt and Brendan have responded to other issues that have arisen . We love our home and feel very blessed .

The home is relatively amazing. The contracted workers(painters, etc.) were pretty sloppy and didn’t pay attention to detail at all. Pulte and Georgia Power did an amazing job, but the painters and dry wallers etc. made a bit of a mess of a good thing. I would recommend the company, but they need to pick better workers.

Awesome Experience

I am impressed by the high standards that Pulte has placed in the building process of new homes and communities. The staff that I encountered were highly committed to upholding the same high standards and image. This was evident in their day to day work ethics. We were fortunate enough to have worked with Brian, Marilyn and Allen, all of which are the kindest, dedicated workers Pulte will ever have. Marilyn made the new home buying process so easy, Brian and Allen thoroughly guided us in all of the functionalities of the home during each of the building phases. All were responsive to my questions, concerns and always happy to send me updates and progresses for each little milestone during the building process. I am blessed to have such a beautiful home built by Pulte and to have experienced such great customer service from the team at Oakhaven. Even the construction workers were pleasant and friendly. In all my dealings with Pulte, they have been nothing but outstanding, from the sales team (Chad), mortgage company, financing and the builders team (Kelley)! I’d could not have been served better.

The walls are extremely thin. You can carry on conversations from one side of the house to another without raising your voice. And you don't have to bother going upstairs to talk to someone.. they can hear you right thru the floors. They could do a better job keeping the other construction sites clean. I've never seen houses under construction with so much mess around before. Other than that, it's nice being in a new house with new appliances. I'll definitely do more research into wall quality before I build another new house.

The building process was on time, the floor plan is beautiful, design center options were affordable. Also Pulte Mortgage was very helpful and professional.

Sales people were knowledgeable and friendly. Building foremen who handles the building process were fantastic as well. They listened and reacted quickly to your needs. Closing was quick and easy with no popup surprises.

Pulte gave us a great finished product we love our home and neighborhood

need to improve the quality of the workmanship and vendors used, finishing is so bad, also may need some corrections to the design, From our experience of staying at Pulte home for 20 years, this new one, required lights on at couple of places even during the day, like entry from Garage area and on top floor near laundry room to master bed room area

Excellent quality of home. Great follow through.

Competitive pricing and features from a market review, nice location. Negatives are the initial sales process and that many of the items promised prior to closing were not fixed...subsequent follow up has been poor after the sale was completed. Recommend allowing enough time to hold accountability on getting items fixed PRIOR to closing.

Our Superintendent Tom was great! Our experience with Pulte Mortgage and Pulte Warranty has caused this to be a poor rating.

Moved into a beautiful new home thinking all would be perfect, now after 4-8 weeks nothing but issues from carpet coming up in the corners seams splitting, horrible wall texturing, corners not even close to being somewhat square, holes in drywall counter tops having to be replaced due to not installed correctly, hole under kitchen island with rebar coming through it. I’m not happy with this home. Thought it would be a amazing thing being a home owner but nothing but headaches. On the plus side was the builder lender they where the only professionals in my book. The home Quility is trash

The process with Pulte was the easiest out of the other four houses I have built, no delays on the main house and good communication from the construction team.

Go with a builder with a sound reputation for offering quality workmanship and honesty

We were very happy with the finished product and the responsiveness of Pulte in resolving problems.

Mike the site leader is extremely personable, knowledgeable and committed to do right by the customer. We found a number of issues during the final walkthru that were quickly addressed to our satisfaction. We just recently provided a list of items as part of the 30 day inspection and I am confident they will be as responsive on those as they were on the walkthru list. Overall a very pleasant experience.
