Poor quality of work, overpriced, cheap quality materials. Corners are cut to maximize Pulte's products.

Pulte has become more about their profits than delivering a quality home. They cut corners everywhere. After spending near a million, we have to spend money to fix the problems that Pulte is not correcting. There is zero pride of craftsmanship, poor responsiveness. We were Told when pointed out deficiencies, problems, and mistakes.... that "well these are production homes and this is what you get". The subs say Pulte refuses to pay to have it done right. Cheap materials, cheap labor, would not recommend Pulte to anyone.

The weekly construction updates were very helpful and comforting. We always felt welcome to visit the site. The sales and construction team responded to inquiries in a reasonable timeframe. We wish there was an official 30-day walk-through after purchase.

Someone told me I have to accept that these are "cookie cutter" homes slapped together and sold at highest market value. I like the house but the quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail are lacking. Repairs were sub-standard.

Quality of build is really poor. I have seen many new built properties from many builders but their built is the poorest. There are issues just about everywhere in regards to the quality.

I booked my townhouse with Pulte in January 2020 and then Covid happened in March , i though the project will get delayed by a huge sum but instead to my surprise Pulte were very efficient and did not delay the project as expected even in this difficult & challenging times. Pulte has been very trustworthy in delivering project in time. Very happy with their response overall.

New Home with poor quality work

We purchased our home in April which was supposed to be ready November-January. We we informed in July we would close in September. We did our walk through and noticed several things which we noted and were supposed to be fixed before closing. . We closed and moved in a week later. The house was left a mess. (we were told construction clean) Cabinets were chipped and covered with paint, the workers left chicken bones, nails, bottles and so much debris in our yard and front of house. We have already had a nail in our tire. Our floors which we upgraded were covered with grout which is not ...

My wife and I purchased 3 home from Pulte. The first was very well done so we bought two more. With each new purchase the quality, concern, customer service and follow up repairs increasing got worse. We are very disappointed!

No I would never recommend pulte to someone else. It was a horrible home buying experience and pulte still hasn't fixed things that were discussed during our final walk through.

After moving in, we have had so many issues with our home that we regret buying it. It’s as if no one looked at the home to ensure things were done right. Cabinets are misaligned, improperly installed, broken, nails missing from showers, grout is multiple colors or missing, door knobs damaged, paint splashes and grout EVERYWHERE, light fixtures installed crookedly, framing issues, dirt and sawdust everywhere, nails in carpet, metal debris in lawn - this is an absolute nightmare.
