From Sales to Closing - what a great experience! We love our new home!!

We love our new home, Pulte was very attentive to every detail that we saw that we didn't think was perfection and made it the way we wanted our home. Some communication was a bit slow, but it was answered eventually.

Our new Pulte home is beautiful! The design options to choose from were plentiful. We are pleased with the Pulte staff; from the sale office, to the field manager, to the builders. Highly recommend.

The Pulte sales staff was excellent. Randy and Linh are wonderful and knowledgeable people and were a pleasure to work with. Randy was always able to answer my questions during the sales process and waiting to go to closing. If Randy didn't know the answer he would very quickly get back to me with the information. He always gave great advice. Now that I am living in The Atrium I'm impressed with the overall quality of my unit, especially the finish carpentry, tile work and painting. The appliances are top of the line. The keyless entry and the smart thermostat in conjunction with their apps make thing so much better. The project manager Jeff who I initially worked with during move-in was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and quickly got things taken care of and was a pleasure to talk with. Unfortunately, getting the few things that need warranty repair or assistance is a slow, frustrating and tedious process. Further, there is a total lack of communication since moving into The Atrium. There are no emails or newsletters to all owners announcing when amenities will be completed and open. Thus we are left to get pieces of information from other owners. I recognize that this is a new development and expected to experience some problems but the lack of communication should have been anticipated before opening the buildings and systems should have already been set up to provide better communication. ... Beautiful thoughtfully desinged homes and the rliability of a trusted builder which I trust will respond to any issues if they were to arise. Would definitely encourage anyone looking for a new home to buy a Pulte home.

Need to be more flexible in non structural alterations i.e. cabinet lay out and basement flooring options.

We have been living in our new house since last 6-7 weeks. The home is well built and looks very nice. Below are few of our observations - 1. Nice floor plans, adequate kitchen and family room sizes. 2. AC vents are appropriate and provide nice cooling in all the rooms - the AC makes a lot of sound though, sometimes I find it irritating. 3. Internet range extender provided at one place inside the house and internet connection at two places - good enough for the house and garage. The only drawback is there is no power supply at the range extender place in the ceiling. What is the use if there is no power supply we cannot put a range extender there. 4. Garage width is very narrow. If someone above average person drives in the car in the garage - very difficult for him to get out. Also I scratched my car on the garage door since the width is too small. 5. The distance between two buildings is not much, its manageable however they did not create a proper walkway between the buildings. If someone comes from back side we do not want to take them to the front side using that walk way - technically there is no walkway built like that. 6. The master bed room have a bathroom attached but its kind of open so we fixed a door there on our own. Irrespective of these issues - we do love our house. My family planned our move from Georgia to Texas while building a new home with Pulte. Pulte crew was very flexible given we were out of state. Pulte delivered on time which was very important and delivered a quality home meeting and exceeding our expectations in many aspects.

Expensive but with good quality

Marking at a 4 for workmanship, as quality of paint job could have been better. There are a few spots of paint drip, and some has started to peel a bit. But overall, good quality of install, no issues thus far.

From sales to the loan processing through home walkthrough to closing, the home purchase experience with Pulte was excellent and everything went very smoothly.

We have had an excellent experience. Our salesperson Elli was not only exceptional, she has become a friend. The after the sale service has been good. Our rep Stephanie is very responsive. We have had issues with the warranty subs doing inferior work. However, Pulte has been receptive to getting it repaired quickly.

A very well built home, very few issues. All the people from various Pulte groups were very friendly and helpful.

Good experience

The sale person was the most professional and helpful person to start off the experience of buying our first new ground up home. along the way from superintendent to closing, all the people involved were excellent to work with. Questions were answered immediately and professionally. great company do do business with.

The entire process was smooth--All of the Pulte staff from beginning to the end was excellent--Quality of the home was a good value. Responsiveness and follow-ups met my expectations.

I had a pleasant experience with Pulte. There are some minor construction discrepancies, which I hope are not common practice. But overall the house is very well built!

We have been in the house for close to 2 months now and absolutely love the job that has been performed.

Excellent experience overall. Of course, nothing is ever perfect, and a small handful of issues popped up along the way, as anyone would expect. However, what set Pulte apart from others is their responsiveness to issues and determination to right any issues and address all concerns we had, at every stage of the process. No better example of this than our excellent construction manager Brandon. We’re very satisfied with our home and would certainly make the same purchase decision again!

From start to finish, our experience building with Pulte Homes has exceeded our expectations. Karen, our sales consultant, is a dream to work with! Sweet, attentive and so responsive. We stalked our home regularly, and really got to know the crew. They worked so hard, and took great pride in building our home. Our site managers, Brandon & Anthony, kept us looped in - and excited - each step of the way. We love the flow of our Riverton model, especially the ability to convert the large dining room to a roomy 1st Floor bedroom in the future - without losing garage space or the office! We love that the Owner’s Suite is tucked away from the loft & other bedrooms. My advice to those who haven’t built new construction before: ask for a complete list of options & upgrades before you lock in your structural choices! There are items you might not have considered: insulated garage & garage doors, upgraded garage door styles, oversized/taller exterior entry door. Many are structural and need to be selected early on, before flooring & counter tops. Visit models!!! Get ideas of cabinet colors & styles, and different floor plans. Overall a great experience; the sales staff kept us informed and let us know when the exact model was available on the lot size we’d been hoping for. Construction was completed on time and call backs for follow up items were prompt and/or reasonable.

For the most part our home is wonderful! There are a few areas of poor craftsmanship; scratches in the floor, paint problems, etc but hopefully most of them should be able to be fixed without any additional costs.
