Organized and experience with great building supervisor in our new development.

We have owned 8 homes. This Pulte home is the best. The workmanship is excellent, including the countertops, tile, trim, wood flooring, drywall. The design also is excellent - great cabinet space, excellent closet space, lots of recessed lighting, area for storage in garage, large open living area.

Low quality with not attention to detail results in a subpar home. They do enough to “finish” the home, but every day I notice something new such (cracked and jagged tiles, crooked pulls, nicked hardware, dented cabinets, stained counters). Given these issues I do wonder about the things we can’t see. Requests for fixes result in a not covered under warranty/ not our responsibility response.

Our home is beautiful and we feel we had good value and quality. Our issues have been primarily with communication towards the end of the build process. It seems this depends very much on who you have as we had excellent communication from our earlier contact point, sales manager, title company and mortgage provider.

The builder was always available to answer my questions and give regular updates on the build process.

The project manager is liar Matthew. Was told if there any issues to contact him. These are issues he knew about prior to closing and now after he got a initial good review. His answers are call the warranty department. He lied about his abilities to get things done after closing could have been honest and said from the beginning to call the warranty department after today

I felt like the builder was genuinely concerned in getting us into our new home despite all the adversity with the given supply chain.

Great home for my first home purchase

Very easy process and very helpful guiding me through this whole new experience. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. There were ups and downs with the building of my home. Pulte was very quick to respond to my concerns. My home was being built during COVID so things were always on back order and very hard to get supplies. Some things were not explained clearly at the design meeting so that caused a few issues with the design of my home. I was unable to get some of the things that I really would have liked to have in my home because I was told what I wanted was standard and comes with the build. It was not standard and I missed out with getting those specific items. I was not happy to the fact that Pulte only puts in basic lights and faucets and carpet in your home. All Chrome. If you want to upgrade it costs double the price if you had it done yourself. So keep this in mind if you are planning on building with Pulte. I have had to change out faucets, towel bars etc in all three of my bathroom. This is my first time building a home. Things do go wrong!!! It's a smooth process from signing the purchase contract to pre-drywall inspection to settlement.

Poor quality of workmanship & materials. Still trying to get open items fixed, and trying to get an issue sorted where the wrong shower door was put it.

I had really good experience after the purchase too. Did get a lot of help with many minor things from Michael and the build team.

Employees were all professional and willing to answer questions as needed.

The homesites are very dirty with garbage strewn all over the lots. Large amounts Roofing nails and other types of materials strewn across lots. Chicken bones, beer cans and other food materials left in house EVEN AFTER ASKING TO HAVE REMOVED AND KEPT CLEAN. Workers used our toilets instead of the porta johns. A very mismanaged site and overall lack of supervision. Other buyers should beware that the quality is lacking and Pulte is very good at saying no first and then sometimes accommodating your needs. After moving in the ongoing construction workers are very rude and unsafe and have access to our community 24/7. Pulte thinks that they have all the answers already and maybe need a little self reflection to make their company closer to what they want to portray. Terrible experience, total nightmare, many many issues..

The Pulte Team responded to all inquiries timely and all outcomes were achieved.

despair it and replace. it this makes the third time they have been here. two tones of brushed nickel. on shower glass frame. out of fairness they have a great process but it currently broke with the issues they currrently have with subcontractors and vendors.

The finish is not so good.I see cracks at the cabinets, screws showing out in the cabinets. hard wood squeaking sounds. paint comes out pretty easily.

Overall I had a great experience with Pulte. The team did a great job to ensure I was informed throughout the build process, took time to ensure I understood how my home worked and were honest with how things were coming along with the home. They were quick to answer, address and fix any concerns I had with the home as we went through inspections which was a huge plus and ensured I was satisfied with the home.

It was five star all around with one exception: the painting subcontractor did a subpar job, especially with edges and lines between colors, the details that make the job excellent instead of just OK. The good news is however that when we mention this to Jason, he took care of it with the painters in a timely and high-quality way.

Overall a poor experience. The quality of work was average with many flaws still existing after closing.

The Pulte process is quick and efficient but sometimes disorganized. The home design selections have a sufficient variety to personalize your home to your tastes. Make sure that you feel comfortable, before signing anything with Pulte. Our closing was delayed, due to the 5 hour delay with a 3rd party contractor, late, installing the shower glass. (Pulte will encourage you to wire $$$, before the closing date. We did NOT do that.) Pulte closing company acted in our interest, when requested, with requested escrow set aside for trees, sod, water faucet and refridgerator that were not yet supplied by closing date. It may be months until this is complete. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH TO GET A GOOD REALTOR who understands construction and will catch mistakes and email the Project Manager with pictures, etc. Your Realtor should act in YOUR INTEREST and Pulte pays them 2.7%. YOU need an ADVOCATE that looks out for YOU THE BUYER !! (Our Realtors were at every single appt we had. Introduction, design, electrical, pre drywall, walkthru, home videos every 10 days to view progress, etc. ) ... More

Had a pretty good experience in the whole home buying process. From sales through building contractors and to closing the home, the entire team treated me with respect. They made me a part of the building process by informing me of the progresses made and asked if i had any questions. Had a little hiccups in the last days before closing but they quickly worked together to get the job done on time to close. I love my home and haven’t had any problems so far.
