Overall experience had been excellent, Hoa had been difficult on fence approval process back and forth sending same documents over and over. Having a terrible experience at this moment. Hardly no response and lack of communication.

Hands down, the easiest and best home buying experience. We highly recommend KB Homes for all home buyers. They are very punctual, extremely nice and beyond helpful. We were touring Salerno community subdivision and found it was very nice neighborhood with clean street and beautiful landscaping. We then contacted sales counselor and was given details of home purchase process. We were very happy to have Jaime, a loan officer that is extremely helpful to us to get loan approval. Everything after is smooth including closing. We have checked the house and haven't noticed any flaw in every corner and now we have been living in my new home for few months. Great job all around from everyone

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional, from the sales team to the design studio to the construction team. We received updates throughout the process and even after we moved in the team continued to follow up to make sure everything was seamless. You hear a lot of horror stories about home buying and building this day in age and I'm pleased to say we experienced none of that. Shout out to Mike and Justin, they have been great throughout the entire process.

Everything in the home was as expected with no major issues. Touch ups after purchase were done quickly when identified, and it has been easy to reach out to the builder for any information I've needed.

Very happy with the end result.

I have had the best experience with KB Homes. From our sales agent Ingrid to the building manager Dave and everyone in between. They’re caring, thoughtful, extremely helpful, and go above and beyond. I love my new home. It’s beautiful, the craftsmanship is great, and KB has more than delivered on every single aspect. I had my home built while living across the country, which sounds like it could be stressful, but with this team I never stressed, I was constantly well informed.

KB Homes from Sales Team to design center to Building Manager all of the customer relationships were great. Suzanne was there willing to walk us through the neighborhoods! (Notice plural) She was transparent and up front on choices in the community and offered solutions on designing. Design team had us experience 2 design appointments which gave us the most opportunities to pick out our choices. Final appointment was a breeze and made us feel very comfortable in what to expect. Build was ahead of schedule by our estimates and have had no issues so far. We are complimented on our choices by family and friends and we love living in the new house. ... More
