Closing was very stressful. I can get into so many details of this escrow but in the end it was stressful. Now dealing with issues around the home.

When someone is buying their first home and spending $650,000+, the standard should be high. Builders need to aim for perfection, not "good enough." My house felt alright — rough around the edges but acceptable. That mindset has to change. The quality needs to be better. At this price point, that is not okay. High standards should be the starting point, not something extra.

The only thing that influenced the rating of the overall experience was our unpleasant interactions with *****. The home, the materials, our interactions with the Sales team and Construction Superintendent were/are amazing.
