We couldn’t have chosen a better home! We got so much more than we were expecting and could recommend a Lennar to everyone as anyone!

The Quality of the painting leaves a lot to be desired and the workmanship is extremely poor. Aside from that we have that some things we have we were told if we did not see it before closing then there is nothing that can be done. We were trying to cooperate and not keep calling so we are stuck on that one. Overall we are satisfied though there are other issues we want to discuss.

The whole process was pretty simple. Some workmanship issues with some common sense items being overlooked.

We have been in our new home for nearly six months now. Vincent is our customer care representative and he has been fantastic to work with on warranty issues. So thankful for him!

We love the house itself. We were disappointed that Lennar only installed 1 outside hose spigot in the middle of the enclosed patio and also 1 "inside" of the garage. Both are difficult to use. We had to spend a lot of money to trench the side yard to install water to the back yard. The grading in the back was terrible and we, again, had to pay quite a bit to grade it before landscaping. Lots of small things were wrong and at first the response to fix them were quick, and now we just wait and wait until someone corrects other issues. There were problems in front parkway where water lines burst twice. The workers ripped out all the plants and as of yet have not replaced them. We've asked several times to have that taken care of, but no help there. Our air conditioner slipped out of housing in attic because it wasn't fastened correctly and had to be reattached, then the repair man noted that a lot of the ducts were not even sealed and he taped those for us. We have had several damaged windows and some have been replaced. Now have noticed a cut in the slider door. Also plaster is cracking around family room window and no response yet. Lennar doesn’t seem to care that my repairs were not to my satisfaction. Also, was promised a new furnace filter and never received it.

Paul from Lennar is the best. If you have a issue he's right on it.

Could’ve provided more information about land slopes due to drainage prior to construction.

Buying a house is always stressful, but Lennar made it seamless and even ENJOYABLE!! Our house is amazing and the attention to detail is top notch. From the people in the sales office to the Lead Construction Supervisor, Ron, everyone was kind, attentive, very helpful and accommodating. They felt like family in no time. We have been in our home almost 6 months now and love it more every day. I highly recommend Lennar to everyone looking to purchase a new home!!

Be sure to very thorough when checking the finished product before moving. check lawn work.

Lennar employees were professional. Especially John, he was always helping me out and my neighbors on Rose Petal Street. The only thing I don't like is the fact that is they built off another neighborhood, so most people close to Twin Creeks come to our neighborhood pool. A gated community would of made this place better .

The response time to fix outstanding items is excellent

Brad, our sales rep was excellent. The project manager, Jason, was equally helpful. Sherri has been superb in her responsiveness and follow-up with issues.

Good product overall. Details can be overlooked.

Tiffany from Lennar is awesome. It’s a shame she doesn’t do landscaping, because that’s why lennar gets 4 stars.

We are very happy with our home purchase and impressed with the overall quality of our home. Nick from customer care has been great and responsive to our needs.

After closing we had to wait several months for the items to be repaired

We have built two other houses in the past and I will have to say that Lennar has had more issues we have needed repaired then any other home we think perhaps there needs to be better people doing the work to make sure these issues don’t arise or perhaps longer building time. We did also notice that a few houses that were built after us had upgraded stove and ovens which we felt we should of had as well. We do love the layout of our home and our community as well. Just wish some things were more consistent.

Considering the amount of money paid, the customer service in regards to warranty work has been awful! I feel like I get better service at drive thru window. Timeliness and communication from our rep Ryan is some of the worst I've ever had. When I asked for contact info for the supervisor, the request was ignored and it wasn't until I reached out to the sales office that I got that information. After a week and a half I have not had the supervisor Chris follow up with me on our conversation on a request that he said he would make with one of the trades. It appears that culture of the customer service team is that they don't care to communicate and that customer requests are a bother to them. Quite honestly why would they care? We've already bought the house and moved in so they have no motivation to keep a happy customer. What are we going to do, move!? I will say that Emily in the sales office and Pete with the construction were outstanding!! All-in-all, I would have had second thoughts about spending this kind of money and going into this neighborhood had I known how frustrating and unreliable the customer service would have been!! ... From the first time we met with our sales consultant to now almost 6 months in our new home we have always been treated with the utmost respect. Our home is beautiful, the neighborhood is fantastic, and the customer service is the best I have ever experienced.

We love the home and the floor plan. They are very good at fixing issue's. The biggest problem is the whole house vibrates. Lennar went cheap on floor joists and braces and the slightest movements cause vibration, shaking and vibrating. We can feel the washing machine on spin cycle anywhere in the house, including the garage. Wish they would've braised the house better to deter vibration and shaking.
